广州发布花卉产业三年行动方案 目标产值400亿元
7月19日，广州市政府常务会议审议通过了《广州市花卉产业高质量发展三年行动方案（2024—2026年）》。根据方案，到2026年，全市花卉生产面积将稳定在34万亩，全产业链产值达到400亿元，其中一产产值达到100亿元。
On July 19, the executive meeting of the Guangzhou Municipal Government reviewed and approved the "Three-Year Action Plan for High-Quality Development of Guangzhou's Flower Industry (2024-2026)". According to the plan, by 2026, the city's flower production area will stabilize at about 340,000 mu, with the total output value of the entire industrial chain reaching 40 billion yuan, including 10 billion yuan for primary production.
方案深入挖掘广州花卉产业的资源禀赋，充分发挥广州作为国际商贸中心、国际消费中心城市和粤港澳大湾区核心城市优势，旨在通过一系列举措，加快推进花卉种业振兴、生产做优、市场做大、服务升级、花文旅融合。
The plan thoroughly explores the resource endowment of Guangzhou's flower industry, fully leveraging Guangzhou's advantages as an international trade center, international consumption center city, and core city of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. It aims to accelerate the revitalization of flower breeding, optimize production, expand markets, upgrade services, and integrate flower culture with tourism through a series of measures.
产业布局 Industrial Layout
在产业布局上，广州将坚持特色化、差异化发展：
- 北部从化：观叶小盆栽、种子种苗基地
- 白云、花都：精品盆花、高端观赏水生植物、出口盆景基地
- 南部番禺、南沙：观叶植物、绿化苗木和种苗基地
- 东部黄埔、增城：鲜切花、鲜切叶、盆栽植物基地
- 西部荔湾：广州花卉博览园、岭南花卉市场花卉交易流通中心
In terms of industrial layout, Guangzhou will adhere to characteristic and differentiated development:
- Northern Conghua: Foliage potted plants, seed and seedling base
- Baiyun, Huadu: Premium potted flowers, high-end ornamental aquatic plants, export bonsai base
- Southern Panyu, Nansha: Foliage plants, landscaping seedlings and seedling base
- Eastern Huangpu, Zengcheng: Fresh cut flowers, fresh cut foliage, potted plant base
- Western Liwan: Guangzhou Flower Expo Park, Lingnan Flower Market trading and circulation center
