宜宾外贸强势增长：2024年前8月进出口额达221亿元 位居四川省第二

记者9月25日从宜宾海关获悉，今年前8月，宜宾实现货物贸易进出口总值221.07亿元，规模列全省第二，呈现出动力电池、光伏等新兴产业企稳回升，传统优势产业外贸继续保持增长的良好势头。
According to Yibin Customs on September 25, Yibin achieved a total import and export value of 22.107 billion yuan in the first eight months of this year, ranking second in the province. The city shows a good momentum of stabilization and recovery in emerging industries such as power batteries and photovoltaics, while traditional advantageous industries continue to maintain growth in foreign trade.
动力电池出现回升 | Power Battery Sector Shows Recovery
自2023年以来，受原料和成品两端价格影响，宜宾动力电池外贸值呈下降趋势。今年前8月，全市动力电池产业进出口35.18亿元，虽与去年同期相比呈下降趋势，但降幅较上半年大幅缩减，呈现企稳回升迹象。
Since 2023, affected by prices of raw materials and finished products, Yibin's power battery foreign trade value has shown a downward trend. In the first eight months of this year, the import and export of the city's power battery industry reached 3.518 billion yuan. Although it still shows a year-on-year decline, the decline has significantly narrowed compared to the first half of the year, indicating signs of stabilization and recovery.
光伏产业由降转增 | Photovoltaic Industry Shifts from Decline to Growth
前8月，宜宾光伏产业进出口2.79亿元、增长46.1%，主要为新增出口单晶硅片6297万元。进口6744万元、增长848.8%，主要为新增石英砂、多晶硅进口。
In the first eight months, Yibin's photovoltaic industry achieved import and export of 279 million yuan, an increase of 46.1%, mainly due to new exports of monocrystalline silicon wafers worth 62.97 million yuan. Imports reached 67.44 million yuan, an increase of 848.8%, mainly from new imports of quartz sand and polysilicon.
传统优势产业持续增长 | Traditional Advantageous Industries Continue to Grow
纺织、白酒、化工等传统优势产业延续增长势头。前8月，宜宾出口纺织纱线及其制品11.79亿元、增长20.1%。出口农产品3.73亿元、增长71.8%，其中白酒、茶叶、钛白粉的增长率都在60%以上。
Traditional advantageous industries such as textiles, liquor, and chemicals continue to grow. In the first eight months, Yibin exported textiles and related products worth 1.179 billion yuan, an increase of 20.1%. Agricultural product exports reached 373 million yuan, up 71.8%, with liquor, tea, and titanium dioxide all showing growth rates above 60%.
民营企业主导外贸 | Private Enterprises Dominate Foreign Trade
从企业结构来看，民营企业依然是外贸主力军，国有企业拉动作用进一步显现。前8月，宜宾民营企业进出口178.53亿元，占全市外贸总额的（下同）80.8%。国有企业进口增长30.5%，净增加5.73亿元，是进口主要增长力量。
From the perspective of enterprise structure, private enterprises remain the main force in foreign trade, while the pulling effect of state-owned enterprises is further evident. In the first eight months, Yibin's private enterprises achieved import and export of 17.853 billion yuan, accounting for 80.8% of the city's total foreign trade. State-owned enterprises saw imports grow by 30.5%, a net increase of 573 million yuan, becoming the main driver of import growth.
东盟市场表现亮眼 | ASEAN Market Performs Well
前8月，宜宾共计与174个国家和地区发生贸易往来，美国、中国香港、巴西、澳大利亚为前四大贸易市场，合计进出口69.73亿元。对共建"一带一路"国家进出口103.59亿元。受益于西部陆海新通道等开放通道的不断完善，宜宾与东盟外贸呈现持续增长，前8月宜宾对东盟进出口43.93亿元，增长376.6%。
In the first eight months, Yibin conducted trade with 174 countries and regions. The United States, Hong Kong (China), Brazil, and Australia were the top four trading markets, with a total import and export volume of 6.973 billion yuan. Trade with countries jointly building the "Belt and Road" reached 10.359 billion yuan. Benefiting from the continuous improvement of open channels such as the New Western Land-Sea Corridor, Yibin's foreign trade with ASEAN showed sustained growth, with import and export reaching 4.393 billion yuan in the first eight months, an increase of 376.6%.
未来展望 | Future Outlook
"当前宜宾外贸回稳向好的总体态势没有改变，但也面临部分产业继续低迷的困扰，随着宜宾港铁路海关监管场所的投入使用，宜宾将开行西向和南向国际班列，打造铁公水联运的国际物流枢纽，为外贸货物搭建更加便捷的进出口通道。"宜宾海关有关负责人表示。
"The overall trend of Yibin's foreign trade stabilizing and improving has not changed, but some industries still face continued sluggishness. With the commissioning of the Yibin Port Railway Customs Supervision Site, Yibin will launch westbound and southbound international freight trains, creating an international logistics hub integrating rail, road, and water transport to build more convenient import and export channels for foreign trade goods," said a relevant official from Yibin Customs.
