Fengqing County, Lincang, Yunnan - Known as the "hometown of Dianhong tea", this region is transforming tea industry into a key pillar of rural revitalization through a complete industrial chain development model.
凤庆县拥有悠久的种茶、制茶历史，得天独厚的自然条件和优良的大叶群体种质资源。1938年，冯绍裘先生在此开创了凤庆大叶种茶制作红茶的先河，使凤庆成为驰名中外的"滇红"茶故乡。
Fengqing County has a long history of tea planting and processing, with unique natural conditions and excellent large-leaf group germplasm resources. In 1938, Mr. Feng Shaoqiu pioneered the production of black tea from Fengqing large-leaf tea here, making Fengqing the world-famous "hometown of Dianhong tea".

目前，凤庆已形成包括上游种植、中游加工、下游销售及茶、旅、文、康、健相结合的全产业链：
Currently, Fengqing has formed a complete industrial chain including upstream planting, midstream processing, downstream sales, and the integration of tea, tourism, culture, health and wellness:
• 上游种植：全县茶园面积51.59万亩，产量4.1万吨，38万人从事茶叶相关产业
• Upstream planting: The county has 515,900 mu of tea gardens with an output of 41,000 tons, and 380,000 people engaged in tea-related industries
• 中游加工：460个初制厂，73户精加工企业，年精深加工能力5万吨以上
• Midstream processing: 460 primary processing factories, 73 refined processing enterprises, with an annual deep processing capacity of over 50,000 tons
• 下游销售：2021年毛茶交易额14.78亿元，精制茶销售收入22.1亿元
• Downstream sales: In 2021, the transaction volume of raw tea was 1.478 billion yuan, and the sales revenue of refined tea was 2.21 billion yuan
品牌建设与国际化

凤庆县全力实施品牌化战略，已形成38个知名茶叶品牌。"凤庆滇红茶"已出口至欧盟、美国、俄罗斯等国家。通过建立统一的生产加工标准，有效提升了红茶品质和市场竞争力。
Fengqing County fully implements the branding strategy and has formed 38 well-known tea brands. "Fengqing Dianhong Tea" has been exported to EU, USA, Russia and other countries. By establishing unified production and processing standards, the quality and market competitiveness of black tea have been effectively improved.
茶旅融合与文化传承
Tea Tourism Integration and Cultural Heritage
凤庆县全面推进茶叶主题公园、滇红小镇、茶马古镇等项目建设，组织开展世界重要农业文化遗产申报工作。茶产业的发展带动了茶庄园、茶馆、茶楼等相关行业的聚集发展。
Fengqing County is comprehensively promoting the construction of tea theme parks, Dianhong towns, and Ancient Tea-Horse Road towns, and organizing the application for world important agricultural cultural heritage. The development of tea industry has driven the agglomeration and development of related industries such as tea manors, tea houses and tea buildings.

凤庆县正着力打造"中国红茶第一县"，成立了凤庆滇红茶产业联盟，建立七个生产加工标准和规范，提升产品质量和品牌影响力。2020年全县生产精制茶2.42万吨，茶叶产业综合总产值达到60.1亿元。
Fengqing County is striving to build the "First County of Chinese Black Tea" and has established the Fengqing Dianhong Tea Industry Alliance, setting up seven production and processing standards and specifications to improve product quality and brand influence. In 2020, the county produced 24,200 tons of refined tea, with a total comprehensive output value of 6.01 billion yuan in the tea industry.
