“每年年底，公司都会备足货，以备过完年能及时交货。”邓庆华告诉记者，在春节前完成备货的同时，企业也已经接到不少订单并将2020年的生产计划安排到7月份。
"Every year-end, we stock up in advance to ensure timely deliveries after the Chinese New Year," Deng Qinghua told reporters. While completing pre-holiday stocking, the company had already received numerous orders and scheduled production plans up to July 2020.

谈到复工复产，公司总经理卢志强并未表现出过多的紧张，他表示企业整体复产情况良好，也没有收到很大的冲击。

“受这次疫情影响，工人节后没能准时到岗，物料供应方面也出现交付滞后等情况，我们节前订单的不能按期交付。正式复工复产后，在各部门的协助和督导下，我们通过加强技术改造让自动化冲压床弥补人员不足的状况，实现了我们产能的快速提高。”
"Due to the pandemic, workers couldn't return on time after the holiday, and material supplies were delayed, preventing us from delivering pre-holiday orders on schedule. After officially resuming operations, with assistance and supervision from various departments, we enhanced technological upgrades to compensate for labor shortages with automated stamping machines, achieving rapid production capacity improvements."
据了解，港联华凯原计划于2月1日年初八复工。受疫情影响，复工日期推迟至2月12日，而且根据当时的防疫限制，只允许200名工人到岗生产，与平日的2600多名员工有较大的缺口。
It is understood that Ganglian Huakai originally planned to resume work on February 1 (the eighth day of the Lunar New Year). Due to the pandemic, the restart was postponed to February 12, and under epidemic prevention restrictions at the time, only 200 workers were allowed on-site—far fewer than the usual 2,600+ employees.

Under new policies, Ganglian Huakai—with over 3,000 insured employees—enjoyed a ¥1.25 million benefit during February-March. As an export enterprise, it also received over ¥28 million in export tax rebates in the past two months, plus over ¥300,000 in property tax relief, totaling nearly ¥30 million in tax benefits since the pandemic began.

"These tax benefits have lightened our burden and improved cash flow, strengthening our confidence in achieving counter-trend growth," Deng Qinghua said.
