湖南检验检疫局助力安化黑茶出口 推动茶产业国际化发展
红网益阳8月16日讯 - 为贯彻落实湖南省"开放崛起"战略，促进益阳市开放型经济发展，湖南省商务厅与检验检疫局联合调研组于8月10日至11日赴安化县开展黑茶出口专项调研。
Red Net Yiyang August 16th News - To implement Hunan Province's "Open Rise" strategy and promote the development of Yiyang's open economy, a joint research team from Hunan Commerce Department and Inspection and Quarantine Bureau conducted a special research on dark tea export in Anhua County from August 10th to 11th.
调研组由湖南省商务厅副厅长周越和省检验检疫局食品处处长何文斌带队，先后走访了白沙溪、梅山、华莱等地方知名茶企，深入了解安化黑茶的生产工艺、质量控制及出口贸易现状。
The research team, led by Zhou Yue, Deputy Director of Hunan Commerce Department and He Wenbin, Director of Food Department of Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, visited local famous tea enterprises including Baishaxi, Meishan and Hualai to gain in-depth understanding of Anhua dark tea's production process, quality control and export status.
在随后召开的"湖南省推动安化黑茶出口调研座谈会"上，周越副厅长强调："安化黑茶出口是推动湖南外贸发展的重要抓手，省商务厅将拨付专项资金并出台十条举措，联合检验检疫等部门大力支持黑茶出口。"
At the subsequent "Seminar on Promoting Anhua Dark Tea Export in Hunan Province", Deputy Director Zhou Yue emphasized: "Anhua dark tea export is an important driver for Hunan's foreign trade development. The Commerce Department will allocate special funds and introduce ten measures, working with inspection and quarantine departments to strongly support dark tea export."
何文斌处长分析指出，安化黑茶面临"内销火热、出口低迷"的局面，关键在于：夯实质量基础、建立标准化生产体系、明确各方责任。益阳检验检疫办事处将以创建出口茶叶质量安全示范区为抓手，促进安化黑茶品质提升和品牌建设。
Director He Wenbin analyzed that Anhua dark tea faces the situation of "hot domestic sales but sluggish export", with the key lying in: strengthening quality foundation, establishing standardized production system, and clarifying responsibilities of all parties. Yiyang Inspection and Quarantine Office will take the creation of export tea quality and safety demonstration zone as a starting point to promote the quality improvement and brand building of Anhua dark tea.

2016年：种植面积31万亩，加工企业150家，年产量6.5万吨，综合产值125亿元
2017年：预计出口量147吨，出口额1013万元
