四川高县茶叶2024年首单出口中亚 46吨茶叶香飘海外
四川宜宾讯 - 2024年1月5日，四川宜宾市高县迎来茶叶出口"开门红"。当天上午，46吨价值110万元的高县茶叶从大雁岭茶叶基地启运，将通过中亚班列发往乌兹别克斯坦。这是宜宾市2024年首单茶叶出口业务。
Sichuan Yibin News - On January 5, 2024, Gaoxian County in Yibin, Sichuan celebrated a successful start to tea exports. In the morning, 46 tons of Gaoxian tea worth 1.1 million yuan departed from the Dayanling tea base, bound for Uzbekistan via the Central Asia freight train. This marks Yibin's first tea export order in 2024.
在早白尖茶业有限公司的制茶车间，工人们正紧张有序地进行最后的装箱工作。公司董事长张德勋表示："这是我们企业首次实现自主经营出口，对开拓海外市场具有里程碑意义。"作为农业产业化国家级重点龙头企业，早白尖茶业拥有三大茶叶基地，辐射10万亩茶园，带动2.3万余户茶农。
At the tea processing workshop of Zaobaijian Tea Company, workers were busily completing the final packaging. Chairman Zhang Dexun stated: "This is our company's first self-operated export, marking a milestone in our overseas market expansion." As a national-level leading agricultural enterprise, Zaobaijian operates three major tea bases covering 100,000 mu of tea gardens, benefiting over 23,000 tea farming households.
高县作为"全国茶叶基地县"和"全国茶业百强县"，现有茶园33万亩，茶叶经营主体255家。2023年，全县茶叶总产量达3.1万吨，综合产值75亿元。当地政府出台"支持茶产业高质量发展十五条"政策，从种植、管理到加工、销售全链条提升产业竞争力。
Gaoxian County, recognized as a "National Tea Base County" and ranking among China's "Top 100 Tea-Producing Counties," currently has 330,000 mu of tea plantations and 255 tea businesses. In 2023, the county's total tea output reached 31,000 tons with a comprehensive output value of 7.5 billion yuan. The local government has implemented 15 policies to support high-quality development of the tea industry, enhancing competitiveness across the entire supply chain from cultivation to sales.
宜宾海关相关负责人介绍，去年底海关专门组织业务骨干赴高县开展出口政策宣讲，为茶叶企业"走出去"提供专业指导。张德勋表示，继中亚市场后，公司还将开拓中东、非洲和欧洲市场，让高县茶叶香飘全球。
Yibin Customs officials noted that at the end of last year, they sent experts to Gaoxian to conduct policy briefings on exports, providing professional guidance for tea companies going global. Zhang Dexun revealed that after the Central Asian market, the company plans to expand into Middle Eastern, African and European markets, spreading the fragrance of Gaoxian tea worldwide.
