四川外贸前两月出口保持增长 民营企业跃居第一大贸易主体

3月14日，成都海关数据显示，2023年前两个月四川省实现货物贸易进出口总值1422.1亿元，规模位列全国第9。其中出口表现亮眼，达975.1亿元，同比增长1.4%。
On March 14th, Chengdu Customs data showed that Sichuan Province achieved a total import and export value of 142.21 billion yuan in the first two months of 2023, ranking 9th nationwide. Exports performed remarkably well, reaching 97.51 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 1.4%.
贸易结构持续优化 | Continuous Optimization of Trade Structure
数据显示，一般贸易（638.4亿元，增长16.8%）首次超过加工贸易，成为四川主要贸易方式。跨境电商等新业态增长迅猛，海关跨境电商管理平台进出口达19.3亿元，增幅39.5%。
The data indicates that general trade (63.84 billion yuan, up 16.8%) surpassed processing trade for the first time to become Sichuan's primary trade mode. New formats like cross-border e-commerce grew rapidly, with customs cross-border e-commerce platform imports and exports reaching 1.93 billion yuan, an increase of 39.5%.
民营企业表现抢眼 | Outstanding Performance by Private Enterprises
民营企业进出口656.7亿元，增长16%，占比达46.2%，首次超过外资企业成为第一大贸易主体。这充分展现了四川民营经济的活力与韧性。
Private enterprises achieved import and export value of 65.67 billion yuan, a 16% increase, accounting for 46.2% of the total - surpassing foreign-funded enterprises for the first time to become the largest trading entity. This fully demonstrates the vitality and resilience of Sichuan's private economy.
区域发展亮点纷呈 | Regional Development Highlights
成都继续发挥龙头作用（进出口1150.5亿元，占比80.9%），绵阳、宜宾、德阳增速均超25%，达州更是实现2.3倍增长。遂宁、雅安、巴中等市州呈现成倍增长态势。
Chengdu continued to play a leading role (imports and exports of 115.05 billion yuan, accounting for 80.9%), while Mianyang, Yibin and Deyang all achieved growth rates exceeding 25%. Dazhou saw an impressive 2.3-fold increase. Cities like Suining, Ya'an and Bazhong demonstrated exponential growth trends.
产品结构持续升级 | Continuous Product Structure Upgrading
出口方面，劳动密集型产品（增长15.1%）、平板电脑（增长9.3%）和家用电器（增长74.2%）表现突出。进口方面，锂电材料进口增长4.7倍，纸浆进口增长128.6%，反映四川新能源产业快速发展。
On the export side, labor-intensive products (up 15.1%), tablets (up 9.3%) and household appliances (up 74.2%) performed notably well. For imports, lithium battery materials saw a 4.7-fold increase and pulp imports grew 128.6%, reflecting the rapid development of Sichuan's new energy industry.
挑战与机遇并存 | Challenges and Opportunities Coexist
尽管面临全球经济下行压力，但四川外贸展现出强大韧性。随着进出境航班增加25.4%、中欧班列开行数增长61%，外贸活力正加速恢复。商务部门表示将采取多项措施稳外贸，包括引培新项目、开展扩进口专项行动等。
Despite global economic headwinds, Sichuan's foreign trade has demonstrated remarkable resilience. With inbound/outbound flights increasing 25.4% and China-Europe freight train trips growing 61%, foreign trade vitality is accelerating recovery. Commerce authorities stated they will implement multiple measures to stabilize foreign trade, including attracting new projects and import expansion initiatives.
