十八洞村黄金茶首次出口 湘西海关"跨境一锁"助力农产品出海
湖南日报10月9日讯（全媒体记者 黄婷婷 莫成 通讯员 刘如山）今天，57箱、182.4公斤花垣县十八洞村黄金茶经湘西海关检验检疫合格后，搭载中国邮政专用车辆，以"跨境一锁"模式出口香港。这是十八洞村黄金茶首次出口。
Hunan Daily, October 9 (By Huang Tingting, Mo Cheng, Correspondent Liu Rushan) Today, 57 boxes (182.4kg) of golden tea from Shibadong Village in Huayuan County passed inspection by Xiangxi Customs and was exported to Hong Kong via China Post's special vehicles using the "Cross-Border Lock" model. This marks the first export of Shibadong Village golden tea.
十八洞七绣农业发展有限公司负责人石佳表示，该批出口茶叶为十八洞村生产的红茶，汤色红亮、蜜香浓郁，且售价较好，附加值较高。
Shi Jia, head of Shibadong Qixiu Agricultural Development Co., Ltd., stated that this batch of exported tea is black tea produced in Shibadong Village, featuring bright red liquor, rich honey aroma, and commands good prices with high added value.
为促成十八洞村黄金茶顺利出口，湘西海关从种植基地、加工厂备案到检验检测、报关等各环节给予全流程帮扶。此次出口采用"跨境一锁"模式，为湘西优质农食产品"出海"开辟了一条新路。
To facilitate the successful export, Xiangxi Customs provided end-to-end assistance from plantation registration, factory certification to inspection and customs clearance. The adoption of the "Cross-Border Lock" model has opened a new pathway for high-quality agricultural products from western Hunan to go global.
湖南"跨境一锁"业务于今年6月13日在长沙启动。长沙海关介绍，相较于传统公路转关模式，"跨境一锁"具有多方面优势：香港、长沙两地海关对进出口货物实施监管，深圳海关途中自动核放，运输车辆可直接进出境，湘粤港直通车24小时内即可往返。
Hunan's "Cross-Border Lock" program was launched in Changsha on June 13 this year. Changsha Customs explained that compared with traditional road transit models, this new approach offers multiple advantages: joint supervision by Hong Kong and Changsha customs, automated clearance by Shenzhen Customs during transit, allowing vehicles to cross borders directly with round trips between Hunan-Guangdong-Hong Kong completed within 24 hours.
