The acquisition originated from the equity transfer contract signed by Winning Medical on June 6, acquiring 450 million RMB to fully acquire Guilin Zizhu Latex Products Co., Ltd. This strategic acquisition fills the gap in Winning Medical's latex product line, making it one of the most comprehensive enterprises in domestic low-value medical consumables.

With 56 years of history, Guilin Latex was a designated production enterprise of the former National Family Planning Commission. Its "Gaobang" brand rubber condoms won the title of "China Famous Brand" in 2007. The company has 11 medical device registration certificates and 35 patents, including 13 invention patents.
2021年，桂林乳胶实现3.2亿元销售收入，净利润约5085万元，其中医用乳胶外科手套占总收入约55%。其产品覆盖国内90%市场，渠道网络完善。
In 2021, Guilin Latex achieved 320 million RMB in sales revenue with a net profit of approximately 50.85 million RMB, of which medical latex surgical gloves accounted for about 55% of total revenue. Its products cover 90% of the domestic market with a well-established channel network.
