Fang Yikai, chairman of the company, was busy inspecting production while supervising workers loading goods. "I currently have three special train orders to export 4,000 tons of green tea, with a total value of 120 million yuan."

近年来，夹江争创"全国绿茶出口第一县"。2021年4月9日，四川首趟茶叶专列满载着1250吨夹江"青衣江茶"开出国门。至今，已开行3趟专列。

In recent years, Jiajiang has strived to become "China's No.1 County for Green Tea Exports". On April 9, 2021, Sichuan's first tea-dedicated train loaded with 1,250 tons of Jiajiang "Qingyijiang Tea" went abroad. So far, three special trains have been operated.

乐山是川茶的主产区，如何在市场竞争中占据一席之地？"夹江采用的'两条腿'走路的法子，事实证明，这条路走对了。"夹江县农业农村局副局长李秀林介绍。

2021年，乐山市夹江县间接、自营出口茶产量3.5万吨，出口额达11.03亿元，出口量和出口额均居全省第一。

In 2021, Jiajiang County's indirect and self-operated tea exports reached 35,000 tons with export value of 1.103 billion yuan, ranking first in the province in both volume and value.

制定出口茶加工技术规程

2021年12月30日，乐山市市场监管局发布《乐山市出口绿茶、眉茶生产加工技术规程》。规程自今年1月1日正式实施。

On December 30, 2021, Leshan Market Supervision Bureau issued the "Technical Regulations for Production and Processing of Leshan Export Green Tea and Meicha", which took effect on January 1 this year.

方义开，是技术规程的起草人之一。在他看来，规程的出台，为茶农和茶企划定了一条明晰的出口茶生产的"及格线"。

Fang Yikai, one of the drafters of the technical regulations, believes the regulations set a clear "passing line" for tea farmers and enterprises in export tea production.

标准有了，检测环节也是不容或缺。李秀林说："目前我们正在建立县级农产品质量安全检测室，预计5月份完工。"

With standards in place, testing is also indispensable. Li Xiulin said: "We are currently establishing a county-level agricultural product quality and safety testing laboratory, expected to be completed in May."
