How to Boost "Tanzhou Products Going Global"? Foreign Trade Beginner Training Officially Launched
6月16日，湘潭市贸促会成功举办"潭品出海我来了"外贸新手培训会（第一季）开班仪式。此次活动吸引了来自全市28家企业的50余名外贸新手参与，并组织他们前往外贸企业进行观摩。
On June 16th, the Xiangtan Trade Promotion Council successfully launched the first season of the "Tanzhou Products Going Global - Here I Come" foreign trade beginner training program. The event attracted over 50 participants from 28 local enterprises, who were organized to visit established foreign trade companies for observation.
市贸促会还聘请了8位国际商务专家作为导师，与外贸新手们现场结对。在此之前，湘潭市的不少外贸企业对外贸人才和外贸新手培训有着强烈的需求。
The council also appointed 8 international business experts as mentors to pair with the trainees on-site. Prior to this, many foreign trade enterprises in Xiangtan had expressed strong demand for talent development and beginner training.
在开班仪式上，市贸促会、中国国际商会湘潭商会首批聘请了湖南科技大学副教授向志国、湖南信诺颜料科技董事长汤上等8位国际商务专家作为导师，为企业在国际贸易、国际投资等业务领域提供专业的支持和指导。
During the opening ceremony, the first batch of mentors including Associate Professor Xiang Zhiguo from Hunan University of Science and Technology and Tang Shang, Chairman of Hunan Sinnopec Pigment Technology, were appointed to provide professional guidance in international trade and investment.
外贸实战："五知一备"方法论
Practical Foreign Trade: The "Five Knowledges and One Preparation" Methodology
向志国教授以"打开出口贸易大门应做好的'五知一备'"为主题，详细介绍了知自己、知货物、知市场、知客户、知业务流程和备好业务文书模板等基础工作。
Professor Xiang Zhiguo presented on "Five Knowledges and One Preparation for Export Trade", detailing fundamental work including knowing yourself, your products, the market, your clients, business processes, and preparing document templates.
市贸促会主要负责人表示，希望通过"四个一"（一次培训、一次观摩、一个导师和一个平台），为企业发展外贸提供技能支持，助力新外贸企业成功完成交易第一单，帮助老外贸企业实现贸易倍增。
The council leader stated they aim to support enterprises through "Four Ones" (one training, one observation, one mentor, and one platform - EHN), helping new traders complete their first deal and established traders achieve trade multiplication.
当天下午，外贸新手们前往湖南凯利特泵业有限公司和湘潭综保区跨境电商综合服务中心进行观摩，学习企业发展外贸的成功经验。
In the afternoon, trainees visited Hunan Kailite Pump Co., Ltd. and Xiangtan Cross-border E-commerce Service Center to learn successful foreign trade practices.
