江门外贸创新高：前4月出口增长14.4% 新动能持续涌现
南方日报讯｜江门海关最新数据显示，2024年前4个月，江门市外贸进出口总值达592亿元人民币，同比增长9.9%，创历史同期新高。其中出口表现尤为亮眼，实现492.8亿元，增长14.4%，增速显著高于全国和全省平均水平。
Southern Daily News｜According to the latest statistics from Jiangmen Customs, the total import and export value of Jiangmen reached 59.2 billion yuan in the first four months of 2024, a year-on-year increase of 9.9%, hitting a record high for the same period. Exports performed particularly well, reaching 49.28 billion yuan, up 14.4%, significantly higher than the national and provincial average growth rates.
江门海关统计分析处副处长陈锡亮表示："中间品出口增长11.4%，达190.3亿元，占外贸总额近五成，有力支撑了产业链供应链的国际合作。"海关通过"组合港"改革已为企业节省物流成本近1400万元。
Chen Xiliang, Deputy Director of the Statistical Analysis Department of Jiangmen Customs, stated: "Intermediate goods exports grew by 11.4% to 19.03 billion yuan, accounting for nearly half of total foreign trade, strongly supporting international cooperation in industrial and supply chains." The Customs' "combined port" reform has saved enterprises nearly 14 million yuan in logistics costs.
三大亮点驱动增长 | Three Major Highlights Driving Growth
1. 民营企业活力迸发：民营企业进出口324.9亿元，增长18%，占比达54.9%。AEO高级认证企业虽仅占企业总数的0.54%，却贡献了40.7%的进出口额。
1. Vitality of Private Enterprises: Import and export by private enterprises reached 32.49 billion yuan, up 18%, accounting for 54.9% of the total. Although AEO-certified enterprises account for only 0.54% of the total number of enterprises, they contributed 40.7% of the total import and export value.
2. "新三样"出口倍增：锂电池等新产品出口增长113.7%，传统机电产品出口343.3亿元（增长16.5%），其中摩托车出口激增36.5%，船舶出口更实现112.3%的惊人增长。
2. Doubling of "New Three" Exports: Exports of new products such as lithium batteries grew by 113.7%, while traditional mechanical and electrical products exports reached 34.33 billion yuan (up 16.5%), with motorcycle exports surging 36.5% and ship exports achieving an astonishing 112.3% growth.
3. 市场多元化成效显著：对欧盟进出口增长20.3%，保持第一大贸易伙伴地位；对"一带一路"国家增长12.3%，对中东、非洲等新兴市场增幅均超13%。
3. Remarkable Market Diversification: Trade with the EU grew by 20.3%, maintaining its position as the largest trading partner; trade with Belt and Road countries increased by 12.3%, and growth rates with emerging markets such as the Middle East and Africa all exceeded 13%.
政策红利持续释放 | Continued Release of Policy Dividends
江门海关创新推出启运港退税政策，使企业退税周期缩短5-20天。广东绿岛风公司副总经理朱道表示："AEO认证帮助我们成功开拓RCEP市场，现在抢订单信心更足了。"
Jiangmen Customs has innovatively implemented the port of shipment tax rebate policy, reducing the tax rebate cycle for enterprises by 5-20 days. Zhu Dao, deputy general manager of Guangdong Nedfon Air System Co., Ltd., said: "AEO certification has helped us successfully expand into RCEP markets, and we now have more confidence in securing orders."
海关数据显示，4月份企业对进出口形势的乐观预期较上月分别提升4.6和0.5个百分点。陈锡亮预测："随着新质生产力发展和政策效应显现，上半年江门外贸有望保持增长态势。"
Customs data shows that in April, enterprises' optimistic expectations for import and export conditions increased by 4.6 and 0.5 percentage points respectively compared with the previous month. Chen Xiliang predicted: "With the development of new quality productive forces and the effects of policies, Jiangmen's foreign trade is expected to maintain growth in the first half of the year."
