室外寒风凛冽，室内生产一派火热。1月29日，位于衡山高新区的湖南华升金爽健康科技有限公司车间，工人正马不停蹄赶制最新接到的一笔订单，主要是防晒衣、含麻衬衣和含麻休闲西装等。
While the cold wind blows outside, the production inside is in full swing. On January 29, at the workshop of Hunan Huasheng Jinshuang Health Technology Co., Ltd. in Hengshan High-tech Zone, workers were racing against time to fulfill the latest order, mainly including sun-protective clothing, linen shirts, and linen casual suits.
数字化转型提升竞争力 | Digital Transformation Enhances Competitiveness
公司负责人欧永健介绍："我们淘汰落后生产设备，打造智能制造车间，设置多条自动化、数字化生产线。车间智能化改造后，现在的70人可以抵得上以前的100来人。"
Company director Ou Yongjian explained: "We phased out outdated production equipment and built smart manufacturing workshops with multiple automated and digital production lines. After the intelligent transformation, 70 workers now can achieve what used to require 100 people."
小订单战略打开新市场 | Small Orders Strategy Opens New Markets
"我们注意到消费理念的变化，转型生产品牌服装和个性化定制服装。现在通过直播接单，最小的定制单甚至只有10件。"欧永健表示，这种灵活生产方式让他们赢得了国内外市场。
"We noticed changes in consumption concepts and shifted to branded and customized clothing production. Now we even accept orders as small as 10 pieces through live streaming," said Ou Yongjian, noting that this flexible production approach has helped them win both domestic and international markets.
业绩实现跨越式增长 | Achieving Leapfrog Growth
2023年，华升金爽健康科技有限公司产值达到4400万元，较2022年增长了50%。公司亮相第三届中非经贸博览会后，产品深受非洲客户喜爱。
In 2023, Huasheng Jinshuang Health Technology achieved an output value of 44 million yuan, a 50% increase from 2022. After participating in the 3rd China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo, their products gained popularity among African clients.

欧永健信心满满地表示："我们今年的目标产值是6000万元！"公司将继续深耕个性化定制领域，以智能制造为支撑，在全球市场寻求更大发展。
