香薰产品出口通关指南：危险货物海关申报要点

南京海关：我公司是一家日化企业，今年首次从国外接到香薰类产品订单，也是我公司首次出口香薰类产品。经过鉴定，此次出口的香薰产品属于危险货物。请问出口此类香薰产品，有哪些通关要点？
Nanjing Customs: Our company is a daily chemical enterprise that has received its first overseas order for aromatherapy products this year. After evaluation, these products are classified as dangerous goods. What are the key customs clearance points for exporting such products?
■ 危险货物包装使用鉴定 | Dangerous Goods Packaging Certification
根据《中华人民共和国进出口商品检验法》及其实施条例规定，属于危险货物的香薰产品在出口前应向属地海关申请危险货物包装使用鉴定，只有通过鉴定并获取《出境危险货物运输包装使用鉴定结果单》（俗称"危包证"）才能出口。
According to China's Import and Export Commodity Inspection Law and its implementing regulations, aromatherapy products classified as dangerous goods must apply for packaging certification from local customs before export. Only after obtaining the "Dangerous Goods Packaging Certificate" can the products be exported.
■ 出口危险货物电子底账 | Electronic Record for Exporting Dangerous Goods
根据海关总署2020年第129号公告的规定，出口危险化学品的发货人或者其代理人在向海关申报电子底账时，应提供《出口危险化学品生产企业符合性声明》等材料。
According to Announcement No. 129 of 2020 from China Customs, exporters of dangerous chemicals must provide documents including the "Compliance Statement of Export Dangerous Chemicals Manufacturer" when applying for electronic records.
■ 出口报关注意事项 | Export Declaration Considerations
出口属于危险品的香薰产品的发货人或者其代理人应提供合同、发票、装箱单、报关单等正本文件。在"单一窗口"做出口报关申报时，应关联正确的电子底账号。
Exporters of dangerous aromatherapy products must provide original documents including contracts, invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations. When declaring through the "Single Window" system, the correct electronic record number must be linked.
特别提醒：出口危险品，还需留意接收国家的相关规定，各个国家的具体政策有所不同。
Special Note: When exporting dangerous goods, pay attention to the regulations of the destination country as policies vary between countries.
