中国外贸进出口总值同比增长8.6% 东盟保持第一大贸易伙伴地位
新华社北京12月7日电 - 海关总署最新数据显示，我国外贸继续保持稳健增长态势。今年1-11月，中国货物贸易进出口总值达38.34万亿元人民币，同比增长8.6%。
Xinhua News, Beijing, Dec. 7 - According to the latest data from the General Administration of Customs, China's foreign trade has maintained steady growth. From January to November, China's total import and export value of goods reached 38.34 trillion yuan, up 8.6% year-on-year.
具体来看：
• 出口21.84万亿元，增长11.9%
• 进口16.5万亿元，增长4.6%
• 贸易顺差5.34万亿元，扩大42.8%
Key breakdown:
• Exports: 21.84 trillion yuan (+11.9%)
• Imports: 16.5 trillion yuan (+4.6%)
• Trade surplus: 5.34 trillion yuan (expanded by 42.8%)
贸易伙伴分析：
东盟继续保持我国第一大贸易伙伴地位，前11个月贸易总值5.89万亿元（增长15.5%），占外贸总值15.4%。欧盟为第二大贸易伙伴，贸易总值5.17万亿元（增长7%），占比13.5%。
Trading Partner Analysis:
ASEAN remains China's largest trading partner with total trade value of 5.89 trillion yuan (+15.5%), accounting for 15.4% of total foreign trade. The EU is the second largest partner with 5.17 trillion yuan (+7%), representing 13.5%.
特别值得注意的是，我国与"一带一路"沿线国家贸易增速显著高于整体水平。前11个月进出口总值12.54万亿元，增长20.4%，增速比整体外贸快11.8个百分点，拉动整体进出口增长6个百分点。
Notably, trade with Belt and Road countries grew significantly faster than the overall rate. The import-export value reached 12.54 trillion yuan (+20.4%), 11.8 percentage points higher than the overall growth rate, contributing 6 percentage points to the total growth.
