广交会电商"展会通"优化升级 成企业抢外贸订单利器
中新网广州11月4日电 (记者 程景伟) 第122届广交会4日在广州琶洲展馆闭幕。据广交会电子商务有限公司总裁李晓滨介绍,本届广交会期间,广交会电商"展会通"平台发送产品信息总量超过186万条,环比第121届增长近3倍。
The 122nd Canton Fair concluded on November 4 at the Pazhou Complex in Guangzhou. According to Li Xiaobin, president of Canton Fair E-Commerce Co., Ltd., the "Exhibition Connect" platform sent over 1.86 million product messages during this session, nearly triple the amount from the 121st session.
采购商询盘最多的前四个行业分别是玩具与礼品,机械、配件与工具,家具与室内装饰品,商业及工业产品。
The top four industries receiving the most inquiries from buyers were toys and gifts, machinery/parts/tools, furniture and home decorations, and commercial/industrial products.
李晓滨表示,广交会电商"展会通"经过两届广交会的运行,不断优化和升级,为参展企业与采购商实现精准匹配的效果越来越好,帮助参展企业在短短几天里以低成本快速获得更精准的采购商,提高了参展效率。
Li stated that after operating through two sessions, the "Exhibition Connect" platform has been continuously optimized and upgraded, achieving increasingly precise matching between exhibitors and buyers. It helps exhibitors quickly connect with targeted buyers at low cost within just a few days, significantly improving exhibition efficiency.

"出乎我的意料,通过广交会电商'展会通'对我们产品感兴趣的就有70多个客户,还有20多位已经下了样品订单。"主营圣诞礼品的广东省汕头市澄海区耀虹工艺制品有限公司展位负责人杜汉民说。
"Beyond my expectations, over 70 clients showed interest in our products through 'Exhibition Connect', with more than 20 placing sample orders," said Du Hanmin, booth manager of Yaohong Craft Products Co., Ltd. from Shantou, Guangdong, which specializes in Christmas gifts.
记者了解到,广交会是实名制参展,采购商在报名参加广交会时,除了要准确填写个人信息之外,还会登记采购偏好。广交会"展会通"通过定向功能,根据参展企业的行业设定、选择与采购商的采购偏好进行匹配。
The reporter learned that the Canton Fair implements real-name registration. Buyers not only provide accurate personal information but also register their purchasing preferences when signing up. "Exhibition Connect" uses targeted matching functions based on exhibitors' industry settings and buyers' preferences.

此外,"展会通"还具有定距功能,能帮助参展企业锁定半径30米以内的目标采购商并主动推送企业产品信息,还为有兴趣的采购商规划好路线,引导至参展企业展位上。
Additionally, "Exhibition Connect" features distance-based targeting, helping exhibitors identify potential buyers within a 30-meter radius and proactively push product information. It also provides route guidance to direct interested buyers to exhibitors' booths.
"我们产品的展位不太明显,路过的采购商很少能注意到我们。"东莞正祥彩膜工艺品有限公司相关负责人董敏兰称,该公司参展第122届广交会二期,使用广交会电商"展会通"首日就有目标采购商询盘。
"Our booth location wasn't very visible, so passing buyers rarely noticed us," said Dong Minlan from Dongguan Zhengxiang Color Film Crafts Co., Ltd. The company participated in Phase 2 of the 122nd Canton Fair and received inquiries from targeted buyers on the first day using "Exhibition Connect".

Dong mentioned that the buyer was from Mexico, who received information about Zhengxiang's "Beauty Sticker" series through the Canton Fair buyer app. "Since our booth number was listed on the buyer app, he found our booth directly using the guidance," Dong explained.
