近年来，随着经济社会的快速发展和人民生活水平的提高，我国宠物经济得以蓬勃发展。据统计，2023年我国宠物产业经济规模接近3000亿元，已经发展出覆盖宠物衣食住用行、生老病死全生命周期的产业链条。
In recent years, with the rapid development of economy and society and the improvement of people's living standards, China's pet economy has flourished. According to statistics, in 2023, the economic scale of China's pet industry approached 300 billion yuan, forming an industrial chain covering all aspects of pets' lives from food and clothing to birth, aging, illness, and death.
为了促进宠物产业经济高质量发展，保障宠物行业健康有序发展，今年3月15日，国家市场监督管理总局（国家标准化管理委员会）批准发布了《伴侣动物（宠物）用品安全技术要求》和《犬狂犬病疫苗接种技术规范》两项国家标准。
To promote the high-quality development of the pet industry and ensure its healthy and orderly growth, on March 15 this year, the State Administration for Market Regulation (National Standardization Administration) approved and released two national standards: "Safety Technical Requirements for Companion Animal (Pet) Products" and "Technical Specifications for Canine Rabies Vaccination."
《伴侣动物（宠物）用品安全技术要求》是针对宠物用品安全的推荐性国家标准，明确了宠物生活用品、清洁护理用品、卫生用品、环境用品等范畴产品的原材料、机械性能、物理性能、化学安全、电气安全和产品安全标识等方面的技术要求和验证方法，以最大限度预防和减少宠物用品可能对人、对宠物造成潜在伤害。
"Safety Technical Requirements for Companion Animal (Pet) Products" is a recommended national standard for pet product safety. It specifies technical requirements and verification methods for raw materials, mechanical properties, physical properties, chemical safety, electrical safety, and product safety labeling of pet living supplies, cleaning and care products, hygiene products, and environmental products, aiming to minimize potential harm to humans and pets.
《犬狂犬病疫苗接种技术规范》是针对犬只进行狂犬病疫苗接种规范操作的推荐性国家标准，规定了犬狂犬病疫苗免疫的免疫机构、免疫犬、疫苗、免疫接种、免疫证明出具等技术要求，为坚持"人病兽防、关口前移"，织密筑牢防治狂犬病第一道防线，提高犬狂犬病免疫效果和防治水平提供根本保障。
"Technical Specifications for Canine Rabies Vaccination" is a recommended national standard for standardized rabies vaccination operations for dogs. It outlines technical requirements for immunization institutions, immunized dogs, vaccines, vaccination procedures, and issuance of immunization certificates, providing fundamental support for the principle of "preventing human diseases through animal disease control and moving the defense line forward," strengthening the first line of defense against rabies, and improving immunization effectiveness and prevention levels.
业内人士指出，这两项国家标准的发布和实施，将对宠物用品的安全性能和犬只狂犬病疫苗免疫注射操作技术进行有效指导和规范，对促进宠物产品安全生产、产业提质增效和保护消费者权益等方面也提供重要支撑和保障。
Industry insiders pointed out that the release and implementation of these two national standards will effectively guide and regulate the safety performance of pet products and the technical operations of canine rabies vaccination. They will also provide important support and guarantees for promoting safe pet product production, improving industrial quality and efficiency, and protecting consumer rights.
据了解，在第11届北京国际宠物用品展览会期间，全国伴侣动物（宠物）标准化技术委员会举办了两项国家标准宣传活动。下一步将通过与宠物行业相关企事业单位对接，加大标准应用推广和实施指导，为加强犬狂犬病防控，规范伴侣动物（宠物）用品的安全技术，引领宠物产业高质量发展贡献力量。
It is reported that during the 11th Beijing International Pet Products Exhibition, the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Companion Animals (Pets) organized promotional activities for these two national standards. The next step will involve collaborating with pet industry enterprises and institutions to enhance the application, promotion, and implementation guidance of the standards, contributing to strengthening rabies prevention and control, standardizing the safety technology of companion animal (pet) products, and leading the high-quality development of the pet industry.
