福州茉莉花茶：全球农业文化遗产的传承与创新
近日，全球重要农业文化遗产大会在浙江青田举行。福州代表团携福州茉莉花茶参展，向世界展示这项千年传承的农业瑰宝。
Recently, the Globally Important Agricultural Heritage Systems (GIAHS) Conference was held in Qingtian, Zhejiang. The Fuzhou delegation showcased Fuzhou Jasmine Tea, presenting this millennium-old agricultural treasure to the world.

2014年，"福州茉莉花与茶文化系统"正式入选全球重要农业文化遗产。福州以此为契机，全方位扶持产业发展：
- 立法保护：《福州市茉莉花茶保护规定》
- 规划支持：编制多项保护发展规划
- 政策扶持：8年投入3415万元财政资金
In 2014, the "Fuzhou Jasmine and Tea Culture System" was officially included in the GIAHS. Fuzhou seized this opportunity to comprehensively support industrial development:

- Planning support: Formulated multiple protection and development plans
- Policy support: Invested 34.15 million yuan in fiscal funds over 8 years
数据显示，福州茉莉花茶品牌价值已达38.70亿元，十年间实现翻倍增长。
Data shows that the brand value of Fuzhou Jasmine Tea has reached 3.87 billion yuan, doubling in value over ten years.
在发展中让农民受益 | Benefiting Farmers Through Development
茉莉花茶产业带动福州2.6万户茶农、花农，户均增收1.2万元。永泰梧桐镇春光村与龙头企业春伦合作，打造180余亩茉莉花种植基地，每年为村民带来百万元收入。
The jasmine tea industry has benefited 26,000 tea and jasmine farmers in Fuzhou, with an average annual income increase of 12,000 yuan per household. Chunguang Village in Wutong Town, Yongtai County, cooperated with leading enterprise Chunlun to build a 180-acre jasmine planting base, bringing millions of yuan in annual income to villagers.
在创新中输出智慧 | Exporting Wisdom Through Innovation
目前世界茉莉花茶高端产品均为福州出产，出口单价位居榜首。福州通过：
- 举办茉莉花茶文化节、茶王赛
- 建设茉莉花茶博物馆
- 推进茶产业园建设
不断探索农业文化遗产价值提升的"福州方案"。
Currently, all high-end jasmine tea products in the world are produced in Fuzhou, with the highest export unit price. Fuzhou continues to explore the "Fuzhou Solution" for enhancing the value of agricultural heritage through:

- Building Jasmine Tea Museums
- Promoting tea industrial park construction
