2021年全球纺织服装行业在疫情影响下呈现出"冰火两重天"的发展态势。根据世界纤维年鉴出版公司THE FIBER YEAR对60多个国家和地区的分析报告显示，大多数国家的纺织品出口都出现了两位数收缩。

The global textile and apparel industry in 2021 showed a "two-track development" trend under the impact of the pandemic. According to the analysis report by THE FIBER YEAR covering over 60 countries and regions, most countries experienced double-digit contraction in textile exports.

中国：纺织品出口表现亮眼

China: Outstanding Performance in Textile Exports

2020年中国纺织品出口激增28%，达到1540亿美元，带动整体工业出口增长至2910亿美元的历史第二高位。2021年上半年，中国纺织品出口比2019年同期增长17%，但比2020年同期下降7%，主要原因是口罩价格下降而非出口量减少。

China's textile exports surged by 28% in 2020, reaching $154 billion, driving overall industrial exports to a historic second high of $291 billion. In the first half of 2021, China's textile exports increased by 17% compared to the same period in 2019 but decreased by 7% compared to 2020, mainly due to lower mask prices rather than reduced export volume.

美国：进口需求下降

United States: Declining Import Demand

美国前十大进口国家和地区的采购缩减5%至3910亿美元，其中美国进口减少210亿美元，为全球最多。消费者服装支出减少导致纱线和织物需求明显下降，呈现两位数下滑趋势。

Procurement by the top 10 import countries and regions of the United States decreased by 5% to $391 billion, with U.S. imports decreasing by $21 billion, the largest globally. Reduced consumer spending on apparel led to a significant double-digit decline in demand for yarns and fabrics.

欧盟：进口增长但份额变化

EU: Import Growth but Share Changes

2021年1-10月，欧盟进口服装797.5亿美元，同比增长10.3%；自中国进口服装245.7亿美元，同比增长7.5%。中国占欧盟进口服装份额为30.8%，居第一，但同比减少0.8个百分点。

From January to October 2021, EU apparel imports reached $79.75 billion, a year-on-year increase of 10.3%; imports from China were $24.57 billion, up 7.5% year-on-year. China accounted for 30.8% of EU apparel imports, ranking first but decreasing by 0.8 percentage points year-on-year.

Although data from the first half of 2021 showed improvement in exports for some countries, this does not represent a fundamental and broad recovery. Countries and regions such as Indonesia, South Korea, Sri Lanka, and Thailand still maintained levels 9%-10% lower than pre-crisis.
