"真没想到，你们这里种的白茶和我们安吉白茶味道一样！"来自"中国白茶第一村"浙江安吉县黄杜村的制茶技术人员惊叹道。三年前，定远县能仁乡凉亭村与黄杜村建立合作关系后，安吉白茶就在这里成功"安家落户"。如今，凉亭村的白茶供不应求，数千亩荒山变成了价值连城的"金山银山"。

"I never expected the white tea grown here to taste exactly like our Anji white tea!" exclaimed a tea processing technician from Huangdu Village in Anji County, Zhejiang, known as the "First Village of Chinese White Tea." Three years after establishing cooperation between Liangting Village in Nengren Township, Dingyuan County and Huangdu Village, Anji white tea has successfully "taken root" here. Today, the white tea from Liangting Village is in such high demand that thousands of acres of previously barren mountains have been transformed into valuable "gold and silver mountains."

2019年，能仁乡的王祥路结识了浙江安吉黄杜村的一位种茶朋友。朋友认为王祥路家乡的地形地貌与他们村相似，非常适合种植白茶。经过土壤检测，各项数据指标与黄杜村相似度高达95%。

In 2019, Wang Xianglu from Nengren Township met a tea-growing friend from Huangdu Village in Anji, Zhejiang. The friend believed that the topography of Wang's hometown was very similar to their village and highly suitable for growing white tea. Soil tests showed a 95% similarity in various data indicators with Huangdu Village.

如今，王祥路的茶山面积已发展至160余亩，不仅自家的荒山种满了茶树，还租赁了隔壁的荒山。他的儿子放弃了外地工作，正在安吉潜心学习全套种茶和制茶技术。

Today, Wang Xianglu's tea plantation has expanded to over 160 acres, with not only his family's previously barren mountains now covered in tea plants but also neighboring mountains leased for cultivation. His son has given up his job elsewhere and is now in Anji diligently learning the complete set of tea planting and processing techniques.

产业升级：从单一种植到全产业链发展

能仁乡充分发挥山场优势，从安吉引进白茶种植，目前已种植近500亩，到2025年将达到4000亩左右。乡政府出台多项激励政策，按种植面积给予每亩400-800元的奖补。

Nengren Township has fully leveraged its mountainous advantages by introducing white tea cultivation from Anji. Currently, nearly 500 acres have been planted, with plans to reach about 4,000 acres by 2025. The township government has implemented various incentive policies, offering subsidies of 400-800 yuan per mu based on planting area.

经检测，能仁乡的白茶氨基酸和茶多酚含量均达到了安吉白茶的上乘水平，价格每斤在800-1300元之间，亩均收入可达4000元。围绕茶叶产业链，能仁乡还吸引了一批重点企业入驻。

Tests show that the amino acid and tea polyphenol content of Nengren's white tea has reached the premium level of Anji white tea, with prices ranging from 800-1,300 yuan per jin and per-mu income reaching 4,000 yuan. Focusing on the tea industry chain, Nengren Township has also attracted several key enterprises to settle in.

跨区域合作：乡村振兴的新模式

定远县积极践行"绿水青山就是金山银山"的理念，深入学习浙江"千万工程"经验。2022年以来，县委书记邹军亲自带队，连续两年赴浙江安吉、德清、桐庐等地考察学习乡村振兴工作。

Dingyuan County actively practices the concept that "clear waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets," deeply learning from Zhejiang's "Ten Million Project" experience. Since 2022, County Party Secretary Zou Jun has personally led delegations for two consecutive years to Anji, Deqing, Tonglu and other places in Zhejiang to study rural revitalization work.

能仁乡7个村与浙江3个县的7个村成功建立合作联动：凉亭村学习黄杜村的白茶生态产业理念；绿化村学习生活垃圾分类经验；朱程村学习"枫桥经验"等。这种精准对接的"融长"模式，为乡村振兴提供了新思路。

Seven villages in Nengren Township have successfully established cooperative relationships with seven villages in three counties of Zhejiang: Liangting Village learned the white tea ecological industry concept from Huangdu Village; Lühua Village learned garbage classification experience; Zhucheng Village learned the "Fengqiao Experience," etc. This precisely targeted "integration" model provides new ideas for rural revitalization.

2022年，全县村级集体经济增收约1500万元，收入达50万元以上的经济强村有120个，占比55.05%，其中100万元以上的有50个。定远县"村企社户"联动推进美丽乡村建设的做法入选2022年度长三角地区林长制改革十大案例。

In 2022, the county's collective village economy increased by about 15 million yuan, with 120 economically strong villages achieving incomes of over 500,000 yuan, accounting for 55.05% of the total, including 50 villages with incomes exceeding 1 million yuan. Dingyuan County's practice of "village-enterprise-community-household" linkage to promote beautiful rural construction was selected as one of the top ten cases of forest chief system reform in the Yangtze River Delta region in 2022.
