跨境电商产品合规指南：避免店铺封号与欧盟新规应对策略

长期以来，跨境卖家们比较多关注的可能是财税方面的合规。其实除了财税合规外，产品合规在进入跨境电商行业时我们就必须了解的，在亚马逊、eBay、速卖通等电商平台上，都有明确列出对产品的相关要求条款。

一、亚马逊大卖接连被封号

欧盟2021年7月1号实行的IOSS新税改政策主要变化：

- 取消22欧元以下商品增值税豁免 (Abolition of VAT exemption for goods under €22)
- 电商平台代扣代缴服务 (E-commerce platform withholding service)
三、欧盟7月16号实行欧代

欧盟发布《欧盟市场监管法规》对跨境卖家的主要影响：

- 需要指定欧盟授权代表 (Need to appoint an EU authorized representative)
- 各平台执行时间不同 (Different implementation times for different platforms)

如果仍然发货到欧盟，可能会出现：
If you still ship to the EU without compliance, you may face:
- 货物被海关扣押 (Goods detained by customs)
- Listing下架 (Listing removal)
- 严重的还会导致封号关店 (Serious cases may lead to account suspension)
时间紧迫，卖家们一定要充分考虑欧代申请以及商品贴标的时效问题。商品提前进行规划，避免在进入欧盟海关时受到阻碍。
