"欧洲订单停了，韩国订单少了"，中山东霸五金制品有限公司负责人邬叶青表示。一个月前还在为用工不足发愁的企业，如今却面临订单锐减的新困境。
"European orders have stopped, Korean orders have decreased", said Wu Yeqing, head of Zhongshan Dongba Hardware Products Co., Ltd. Companies that were worried about labor shortages a month ago are now facing the new dilemma of sharp order reductions.
据中山海关数据，中山有近1万家外贸企业，2019年出口总值达1929.2亿元人民币。当前形势下，这些企业正寻求新的发展方向。
According to Zhongshan Customs data, there are nearly 10,000 foreign trade enterprises in Zhongshan, with total export value reaching 192.92 billion yuan in 2019. Under the current situation, these enterprises are seeking new development directions.
家电行业：动态调整与"共享员工"
Home Appliance Industry: Dynamic Adjustment and "Shared Employees"
广东大王椰电器有限公司总经理巫朝吉表示，3月底海外订单全部暂停发货，导致100多名工人闲置。这些工人占公司生产工人总数的近1/5。
Wu Chaoji, general manager of Guangdong King Coconut Electric Co., Ltd., said that overseas orders were all suspended at the end of March, leaving more than 100 workers idle. These workers account for nearly 1/5 of the company's total production workers.
企业将这些"富余劳动力"转移至国内订单生产线。同时，中山家电圈已开始探索"共享员工"机制，让订单充足的企业合理吸收富余劳动力。
Companies are transferring these "surplus labor forces" to domestic order production lines. Meanwhile, the Zhongshan home appliance circle has begun to explore a "shared employees" mechanism, allowing companies with sufficient orders to reasonably absorb surplus labor.
照明行业：在黑暗中寻找光明

中山半导体照明行业协会秘书长涂巧玲表示："地球总有12个小时是黑的，照明永远存在。"尽管面临挑战，行业仍对外贸前景充满希望。
Tu Qiaoling, secretary-general of Zhongshan Semiconductor Lighting Industry Association, said: "The earth always has 12 hours of darkness, lighting will always exist." Despite the challenges, the industry is still full of hope for the foreign trade prospects.
广东真优美景观照明有限公司大客户经理朱静表示："我们仍在持续寻找合适的人才进行储备和培养。这一两年可能比较难熬，但我们要为了长远的可能性去修炼内功。"
Zhu Jing, key account manager of Guangdong Zhenyoumei Landscape Lighting Co., Ltd., said: "We are still continuously looking for suitable talents for reserve and training. The next year or two may be difficult, but we need to strengthen our internal skills for long-term possibilities."
