中国国际贸易促进委员会最新数据显示，2024年以来中国外贸延续回升向好趋势，外贸结构持续优化，国际市场份额稳步提升。稳外贸政策持续发力，企业信心和活力明显增强。
According to the latest data from China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), China's foreign trade has maintained its upward trend since 2024, with continuous optimization of trade structure and steady increase in global market share. Stable foreign trade policies continue to take effect, significantly boosting business confidence and vitality.
ATA单证册签发量大幅增长
Significant Increase in ATA Carnet Issuance
4月份全国贸促系统累计签发各类证书58.73万份，同比增长12.10%。其中ATA单证册签发量同比增长38.28%，涵盖货值约3.63亿元人民币，同比增长153.85%。
In April, the national CCPIT system issued a total of 587,300 certificates, a year-on-year increase of 12.10%. The issuance of ATA carnets increased by 38.28% year-on-year, covering goods worth approximately 363 million yuan, up 153.85% year-on-year.
外贸企业预期乐观
Optimistic Outlook from Foreign Trade Enterprises
调研显示81.6%的外贸企业预计上半年出口向好或持平，65.1%的企业新增订单较上季度增长或持平。优势产品如集成电路、汽车、船舶等机电产品出口保持强劲增长。
Surveys show that 81.6% of foreign trade enterprises expect exports to improve or remain stable in the first half of the year, while 65.1% report new orders increasing or remaining stable compared to the previous quarter. Exports of advantageous products such as integrated circuits, automobiles, and ships continue to show strong growth.

中国贸促会新闻发言人赵萍表示，将持续推动"千团出海"工作，组织企业赴海外参展考察。同时将高质量举办第二届链博会，帮助企业获取新客户新订单。
CCPIT spokesperson Zhao Ping stated that they will continue to promote the "Thousand Groups Going Global" initiative, organizing enterprises to participate in overseas exhibitions and business trips. Additionally, they will host the second Supply Chain Expo to help businesses acquire new clients and orders.

近30%的受访企业表示，新质生产力的发展为出口增添了新动能。中国贸促会特别针对新能源汽车、高端医疗设备等新质生产力产业推出信用评估服务，降低企业国际经营成本。
Nearly 30% of surveyed enterprises indicated that the development of new quality productive forces has added new momentum to exports. CCPIT has introduced credit evaluation services specifically for industries like new energy vehicles and high-end medical equipment to reduce international operating costs for businesses.
