红网长沙11月17日讯（时刻新闻记者 汤红辉）今日，湖南省政府新闻办公室召开新闻发布会，宣布湖南益阳黑茶荣获米兰世博会两项金奖。

益阳市副市长周振宇发布新闻，湖南省贸促会副会长黄芳、湖南省茶业协会会长曹文成等领导出席并回答记者提问。

Yiyang Vice Mayor Zhou Zhenyu announced the news, with Huang Fang, Vice President of Hunan Trade Promotion Council, and Cao Wencheng, President of Hunan Tea Association, attending and answering reporters' questions.

安化黑茶早在唐代就入选为贡茶，明朝万历年间被定为官茶，不仅成为中国西北边民化解消食的“生命之饮”，更是作为古代丝绸之路的中国三大出口商品之一。

Anhua dark tea was selected as tribute tea as early as the Tang Dynasty and was designated as official tea during the Wanli era of the Ming Dynasty. It not only became the "life drink" for digestion among northwest border residents but also one of China's three major export commodities on the ancient Silk Road.

今年11月3日，湖南益阳“香炉山”品牌黑茶茯砖系列、千两颗粒系列，荣获米兰世博会两项金奖。

On November 3 this year, Yiyang's "Xianglu Mountain" brand dark tea Fuzhuan series and Qianliang granule series won two gold medals at the Milan World Expo.

周振宇介绍，具体做法为：打造生态茶园，建设标准化示范区；推行标准化生产，确保质量安全。主导制定标准，掌握话语权。

Zhou Zhenyu explained the specific measures: creating ecological tea gardens, building standardized demonstration zones; implementing standardized production to ensure quality and safety; leading the formulation of standards to gain discourse power.

国际化是益阳黑茶发展的必然趋势，国家提出“一带一路”的战略愿景，为益阳黑茶走出国门提供了新的发展机遇。

2014年，益阳黑茶产业综合产值达到104亿元，黑茶产量全国排名第一位。

目前，益阳黑茶营销网络已覆盖北京、广州、上海等146个大中城市，远销蒙古、日本、俄罗斯、韩国、德国、法国、新加坡等国家及港澳台地区。
