End of 2017. saw me packing my suitcases and leaving the Arctic circle. Northwest Siberia was to be replaced with the steppes of the western Kazakhstan east of the Caspian Sea.

2015. will prove to be a breaking point in my career. My first international project, new country, new language, multicultural environment. Priceless experience in the cold Arctic circle.

Private enterprise - if it sounds interesting, it was. This post taught me a lot about managing people i.e. balancing between the wisHSE of clients, the wisHSE of employees and the situation at hand.

Young graduate thrown into the fire but also given a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience that will prove to be a jumping point for big international projects.
