福州——这座拥有2200多年建城史的国家历史文化名城，近日以全球重要农业文化遗产"福州茉莉花与茶文化系统"亮相国际舞台，向世界展示中国传统茶文化的独特魅力。

2014年，"福州茉莉花与茶文化系统"成功入选全球重要农业文化遗产，成为继云南普洱茶之后第二杯获此殊荣的"中国茶"。十年来，福州市通过立法保护、规划先行、政策支持三位一体的保护体系，全方位扶持茉莉花茶产业发展。
In 2014, the "Fuzhou Jasmine and Tea Culture System" was successfully included in the Globally Important Agricultural Heritage Systems, becoming the second "Chinese tea" to receive this honor after Pu'er tea from Yunnan. Over the past decade, Fuzhou has implemented a trinity protection system of legislative protection, planning first, and policy support to comprehensively support the development of the jasmine tea industry.
数据显示，2023年福州茉莉花茶品牌价值达38.70亿元，较十年前实现翻倍增长。全市现有茉莉花茶企业100余家，带动2.6万户茶农、花农增收，户均增收1.2万元。
Data shows that in 2023, the brand value of Fuzhou jasmine tea reached 3.87 billion yuan, doubling compared to ten years ago. There are currently more than 100 jasmine tea enterprises in the city, driving income growth for 26,000 tea farmers and jasmine growers, with an average increase of 12,000 yuan per household.
科技赋能与农民增收

在永泰县梧桐镇春光村，180余亩连片茉莉花基地与龙头企业春伦集团合作，创造了"企业+基地+农户"的产业扶贫新模式。该模式去年入选全球减贫案例，仅支付给当地农民的采花工资每年就达百万元。
In Yongtai County's Wutong Town Chunguang Village, a contiguous jasmine base of over 180 mu cooperates with leading enterprise Chunlun Group, creating a new model of industrial poverty alleviation of "enterprise + base + farmers". This model was selected as a global poverty reduction case last year, with flower-picking wages paid to local farmers reaching one million yuan annually.
福建农林大学与春伦集团合作的"高EGCG茶树良种"项目，以及闽榕茶业的秸秆还田技术，展现了茶科技对传统产业的提升作用。目前福州茉莉花茶出口单价位居中国茶叶首位，高端产品全部产自福州。
The "High EGCG Tea Tree Varieties" project cooperated by Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University with Chunlun Group, and the straw returning technology of Minrong Tea Company, demonstrate the upgrading effect of tea technology on traditional industries. Currently, Fuzhou jasmine tea's export unit price ranks first among Chinese teas, with all high-end products produced in Fuzhou.
文化传承与品牌建设

福州市每年举办茉莉花茶文化节、茶王赛，每两年举办传统工艺传承大赛，推动技艺传承从"政府引导"向"市场驱动"转变。正在建设的茉莉花茶博物馆和两大产业园，将进一步提升产业集聚效应。
Fuzhou holds annual Jasmine Tea Culture Festival and Tea King Competition, and biennial Traditional Craft Inheritance Competition, promoting the transformation of skill inheritance from "government guidance" to "market-driven". The jasmine tea museum and two industrial parks under construction will further enhance industrial agglomeration effects.
市农业农村局负责人表示，福州将坚持"在发掘中保护、在利用中传承"的理念，探索农业文化遗产价值提升的"福州方案"，让这朵千年茉莉绽放新时代芬芳。
