海关总署最新数据显示，2023年1-4月，中国进出口总值达13.32万亿元人民币，同比增长5.8%。其中出口7.67万亿元，增长10.6%，进口5.65万亿元，增长0.02%。

According to the latest data from China's General Administration of Customs, the country's total import and export value reached 13.32 trillion yuan from January to April 2023, up 5.8% year-on-year. Exports grew 10.6% to 7.67 trillion yuan while imports increased 0.02% to 5.65 trillion yuan.

汽车出口表现尤为亮眼 | Remarkable performance in auto exports

前4个月，中国汽车出口额达2045.3亿元，同比大幅增长120.3%。4月单月，汽车（包括底盘）出口额同比增长195.7%，出口量增长148.0%，呈现量价齐升态势。

From January to April, China's auto exports surged 120.3% year-on-year to 204.53 billion yuan. In April alone, auto (including chassis) exports jumped 195.7% in value and 148.0% in volume, showing simultaneous growth in both quantity and price.

新能源汽车成为主要驱动力 | NEVs as the main growth driver

专家指出，中国新能源汽车的国际竞争力显著提升，在海外市场占有率不断提高，是推动汽车出口增长的主要因素。特别是在国内需求不足的背景下，车企加速海外布局。

Experts note that the enhanced international competitiveness of China's new energy vehicles (NEVs) and their growing market share overseas are key factors driving auto export growth. Automakers are accelerating overseas expansion, especially amid weaker domestic demand.

出口结构持续优化 | Continuous optimization of export structure

前4个月，机电产品出口4.44万亿元，增长10.5%，占出口总值的57.9%。除汽车外，锂电池、太阳能电池等产品出口也保持快速增长，显示制造业转型升级成效显著。

From January to April, mechanical and electrical product exports rose 10.5% to 4.44 trillion yuan, accounting for 57.9% of total exports. Besides autos, products like lithium batteries and solar cells also maintained rapid export growth, demonstrating the results of manufacturing transformation.

区域贸易格局变化 | Changes in regional trade patterns

前4个月，中国对东盟、欧盟进出口保持增长，但对美国进出口下降4.2%。专家建议在开拓新兴市场的同时，仍需重视欧美高端市场。

During the first four months, China's trade with ASEAN and the EU continued to grow, while trade with the US fell 4.2%. Experts suggest maintaining focus on premium European and American markets while exploring emerging markets.

外贸韧性持续显现 | Continued resilience in foreign trade

中国世界贸易组织研究会副会长霍建国表示，4月出口继续保持两位数增长，充分反映了中国外贸出口新动能正在形成，韧性不断增强。

Huo Jianguo, vice president of the China Society for WTO Studies, noted that April's double-digit export growth fully reflects the formation of new momentum and increasing resilience in China's foreign trade.
