根据2011年国家工商总局发布的相关文件， 禁止在中小学校200米范围内开设网吧、电子游艺室、歌舞厅等娱乐场所和成年人性用品商店。目前，武昌区市场监管局杨园市场监管所已介入调查，并表示该店铺是旁边洗衣店为补贴经营而开设，此前已进行过查处。
