一、什么是德国EPR？ | What is Germany EPR?
德国EPR（生产者责任延伸）是一项环保政策，要求卖家对产品从设计到废弃的整个生命周期负责。主要包括三大类目：
Germany EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) is an environmental policy requiring sellers to take responsibility for the entire product lifecycle. It includes three main categories:
- 包装法 (Packaging Law)
- 电池法 (Battery Law)
- WEEE (废弃电子电气设备)
二、德国包装法 | Germany Packaging Law
适用产品：所有带包装的产品，包括纸皮、塑料、玻璃等8大类
Applicable Products: All packaged products including paper, plastic, glass, etc.
注册要求：必须申报包装材料、种类和重量，获得DE开头的注册号
Registration Requirements: Must declare packaging materials, types and weights to obtain DE registration number
罚款金额：最高20万欧元
Maximum Fine: Up to €200,000
三、德国电池法 | Germany Battery Law
适用产品：所有含电池的产品，包括独立电池和内置电池产品
Applicable Products: All battery-containing products
标签要求：必须印刷带叉垃圾桶标志
Labeling Requirements: Must print crossed-out bin symbol
生效时间：2022年1月1日
Effective Date: January 1, 2022

适用产品：6大类电子电气设备，包括小型电子设备、IT设备等
Applicable Products: 6 categories of electronic equipment
罚款金额：10-20万欧元
