福州1月5日电 - 根据国务院关税税则委员会最新发布的2023年关税调整方案，白茶和茉莉花茶自1月1日起被正式纳入我国关税税目体系。
Fuzhou, January 5 (Xinhua) - According to the latest 2023 tariff adjustment plan released by the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council, white tea and jasmine tea have been officially included in China's tariff schedule system effective January 1.
省财政厅相关负责人表示："茶叶税号相当于中国茶叶在国际市场上的'身份证'和'通行证'。福建省作为全国重要的茶叶生产基地，主要生产乌龙茶、绿茶、红茶、白茶四大茶类以及花茶等再加工茶类。"
An official from the Provincial Department of Finance stated: "The tea tariff code serves as an 'ID card' and 'passport' for Chinese tea in the international market. Fujian Province, as a major tea production base in China, mainly produces four major tea categories: oolong tea, green tea, black tea, white tea, as well as reprocessed teas like scented tea."
数据显示，2021年福建省茶叶总产量达48.8万吨，茶叶出口额突破5.13亿美元，位居全国第一，产品远销全球60多个国家和地区。其中，白茶和茉莉花茶作为特色产品，约占全省茶叶总产量的15%。
Statistics show that in 2021, Fujian Province's total tea output reached 488,000 tons, with tea export value exceeding $513 million, ranking first in the country. The products are exported to more than 60 countries and regions worldwide. Among them, white tea and jasmine tea, as specialty products, account for about 15% of the province's total tea production.
