厦门知名宠物店突然连夜关店跑路
Xiamen's well-known pet store suddenly closed overnight
据当地媒体报道，厦门万象城内的一家名为"极极噜宠物王国"的宠物店连夜闭店，店内还留了几只猫狗无人看管。从大众点评搜索情况来看，不止万象城，其他门店也处于"歇业关闭"状态。
According to local media reports, a pet store called "Jijilu Pet Kingdom" in Xiamen MixC closed overnight, leaving several cats and dogs unattended. Based on Dianping search results, not only the MixC branch but other locations are also in a "closed" state.
目前，该门店老板处于失联状态。宠物店员工表示，工资也还没有结清，而商场反馈称，商场合约未到期宠物店经营者已被"限高"。
Currently, the store owner is unreachable. Employees said their salaries remain unpaid, while the mall stated the pet store operator has been "restricted" despite the lease contract not expiring.

Ruipu Bio acquires majority stake in Zhongrui Supply Chain for over 100 million yuan
近日，瑞普生物发布公告称，拟以自有资金或自筹资金10,361.57万元收购瑞派宠物医院管理股份有限公司持有的天津中瑞供应链管理有限公司56.3129%股权。
Recently, Ruipu Biology announced plans to acquire a 56.3129% stake in Tianjin Zhongrui Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. from Ruipai Pet Hospital Management Co., Ltd. for 103.6157 million yuan using its own funds or raised capital.

宠物零售巨头Pet Supplies Plus和Wag N' Wash的母公司Franchise Group最近向特拉华州法院申请第11章破产程序。
Franchise Group, parent company of pet retail giants Pet Supplies Plus and Wag N' Wash, recently filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in Delaware court.
据了解，Franchise Group在美国拥有其他几个特许经营品牌，包括Vitamin Shoppe。由于申请破产，该集团正在关闭大型折扣家具零售商American Freight。
The group owns several other franchise brands in the U.S. including Vitamin Shoppe. Due to the bankruptcy filing, it is closing down large discount furniture retailer American Freight.
