招聘目的/Purpose: 为加强事业单位工作人员队伍建设/To strengthen the construction of institutional staff teams. 根据《事业单位人事管理条例》等规定，经市人力社保局备案，重庆医科大学现面向社会考核招聘事业单位工作人员。In accordance with regulations including the "Regulations on the Personnel Management of Public Institutions" and with approval from the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Chongqing Medical University is now conducting an assessment-based recruitment of institutional staff.

招聘人数/Number of Openings:
本次面向社会考核招聘工作人员113名。113 positions are available through this assessment-based recruitment.
招聘范围和对象/Scope and Targets:
基本条件/Basic Requirements:
- 具有中华人民共和国国籍/Chinese nationality
- 遵守宪法和法律/Compliance with constitution and laws
- 具有良好的品行/Good moral character
- 适应岗位要求的身体条件/Physical fitness for the position requirements
报名及资格审查/Application and Qualification Review:
报名时间/Application Period: 简章发布之日起至2022年8月31日止。From the date of announcement until August 31, 2022.
报名方式/Application Method: 通过重庆医科大学招聘网站注册报名。Register and apply through CQMU's official recruitment website.
考核流程/Assessment Process:
- 专业技能测试/Professional Skills Test (60%)
- 综合面试/Comprehensive Interview (40%)
体检和考察/Physical Examination and Background Check: 根据考核总成绩从高到低1:1等额确定体检人选。Candidates will be selected for physical examination based on their total assessment scores (top-down selection with 1:1 ratio).
公示/Public Announcement: 拟聘人员名单将在重庆市人力资源和社会保障局网站公示7个工作日。The list of candidates to be hired will be publicly announced for 7 working days on the Chongqing Human Resources and Social Security Bureau website.
