陕西夏秋茶出口创历史新高 439吨茶叶畅销中亚市场
陕西日报讯 - 今年以来，陕西省夏秋茶出口量达439吨，同比增长近10倍，创下历史新高。这些茶叶主要销往中亚国家，成为当地茶农增收致富的"黄金叶"。
Shanxi Daily News - Shaanxi province has exported 439 tons of summer-autumn tea this year, marking a 10-fold increase year-on-year and setting a new historical record. These teas are mainly sold to Central Asian countries, becoming the "golden leaves" that boost local tea farmers' income.
"过去我们只采春茶，现在夏秋茶每亩能多赚5000元。"汉中市西乡县茶农董秀国告诉记者。他的400亩茶园通过夏秋茶采摘，年增收近50万元。
"We used to only harvest spring tea, now summer-autumn tea brings an extra 5,000 yuan per mu." said Dong Xiuguo, a tea farmer in Xixiang County. His 400-mu tea plantation earns nearly 500,000 yuan more annually through summer-autumn tea harvesting.
产业升级：从"小茶叶"到"大产业"

Shaanxi has promoted summer-autumn tea industry development through three major measures:
- Introducing renowned tea enterprises from Anhui to establish refining bases
- Equipping fully automated production lines to increase capacity
- Customized customs assistance to open export channels
陕西秦巴汉徽茶业有限公司总经理任华江表示："我们的精制茶叶在中亚市场售价达1.5-3美元/公斤，通过中欧班列每月出口7-10个集装箱。"
Shaanxi Qinba Hanhui Tea Co., Ltd. General Manager Ren Huajiang said: "Our refined tea sells for $1.5-3/kg in Central Asian markets, with 7-10 containers exported monthly via China-Europe Railway Express."
海关助力：半个月解决备案难题

汉中海关副关长牟文彬介绍，海关采取多项帮扶措施：
- 快速完成4.5万亩茶园备案
- 指导企业完善质量管理体系
- 提供目的国技术标准咨询
Hanzhong Customs Deputy Director Mou Wenbin introduced several support measures:
- Rapidly completed registration for 45,000 mu of tea gardens
- Guided enterprises to improve quality management systems
- Provided technical standard consultations for destination countries
目前，汉中海关辖区已备案茶园10.7万亩，带动2300余户茶农增收。陕西夏秋茶产业正朝着规模化、标准化、国际化方向蓬勃发展。
Currently, Hanzhong Customs has registered 107,000 mu of tea gardens, benefiting over 2,300 tea farming households. Shaanxi's summer-autumn tea industry is flourishing towards scale, standardization and internationalization.
