China's foreign trade maintains stable and improving trend

今年以来，我国外贸稳中向好的态势进一步得到巩固。中国国际贸易促进委员会最新数据显示，我国货物贸易延续回升向好趋势，外贸结构不断优化，国际市场份额稳步提升。

This year, China's foreign trade has further consolidated its stable and improving trend. The latest data from the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) shows that China's goods trade continues to recover and improve, with continuous optimization of trade structure and steady increase in international market share.

ATA单证册签发量大幅增长38.28%

ATA Carnet issuance surges by 38.28%

4月份全国贸促系统共签发出境ATA单证册979份，同比增长38.28%；相关ATA单证册涵盖货值约3.63亿元人民币，同比增长153.85%。

In April, the national trade promotion system issued 979 outbound ATA Carnets, a year-on-year increase of 38.28%, covering goods worth approximately 363 million yuan, up 153.85% year-on-year.

外贸企业信心增强：81.6%预期上半年出口向好

Enhanced confidence among foreign trade enterprises: 81.6% expect export improvement in H1

中国贸促会调研显示，81.6%的外贸企业预计上半年出口向好或持平，65.1%的企业新增订单较上季度增长或持平。这一积极预期主要来自三方面因素：

CCPIT research shows that 81.6% of foreign trade enterprises expect exports to improve or remain stable in the first half of the year, while 65.1% report new orders increasing or remaining stable compared to the previous quarter. This positive outlook stems from three main factors:

1. 外需改善：世界贸易组织、国际货币基金组织等机构预测2024年全球经济增长前景改善

1. Improved external demand: WTO, IMF and other institutions predict improved global economic growth prospects for 2024

2. 优势产品支撑：集成电路、汽车、船舶等机电产品出口保持强劲增长

2. Support from competitive products: Strong export growth in mechanical and electrical products such as integrated circuits, automobiles, and ships

3. 新质生产力助推：近30%企业表示新质生产力发展为出口增添新动能

3. Boost from new quality productive forces: Nearly 30% of enterprises report that new quality productive forces have added new momentum to exports
