近日,南非国际贸易管理委员会(ITAC)发布公告,对自中国进口的机动车用小客车轮胎和卡客车轮胎产品反倾销案作出终裁,决定征税。抽样企业税率为0-43.6%;未被抽样的合作企业税率为14.56%,其他企业税率为41.47%。

Recently, the South African International Trade Administration Commission (ITAC) announced its final ruling on the anti-dumping case against passenger car and truck tires imported from China, deciding to impose tariffs. The tax rate for sampled enterprises is 0-43.6%; the rate for non-sampled cooperative enterprises is 14.56%, and other enterprises face a 41.47% tariff.

2023年3月30日,欧亚经济委员会内部市场保护司发布第2023/363/AD18R3号公告,对原产自中国的载重轮胎反倾销情势变迁复审作出终裁。美国、欧盟、印度、土耳其、非洲等多地先后对中国轮胎发起双反,中国轮胎只能走出国门,在泰国、越南等东南亚国家建厂,可北美等国家地区就连同抵制东南亚轮胎,说到底还是抵制中国轮胎。
