中国外贸第四城苏州正在全力突破跨境电商发展瓶颈。6月19日,江苏省委常委、苏州市委书记刘小涛主持召开专题座谈会,要求重点解决出口退税、通关便利化、物流通道等关键问题。
Suzhou, China's fourth-largest foreign trade city, is making all-out efforts to break through the bottlenecks in cross-border e-commerce development. On June 19, Liu Xiaotao, Secretary of the Suzhou Municipal Party Committee, chaired a symposium focusing on key issues including export tax rebates, customs clearance facilitation, and logistics channels.
根据《中国(苏州)跨境电子商务综合试验区高质量发展三年行动计划》,苏州提出到2026年跨境电商进出口额达1500亿元的目标。这意味着要在3年内实现12倍增长——从2023年的124.7亿元跃升至2026年的1500亿元。
According to the "Three-Year Action Plan for High-Quality Development of China (Suzhou) Cross-Border E-Commerce Comprehensive Pilot Zone", Suzhou aims to achieve 150 billion yuan in cross-border e-commerce import and export volume by 2026. This represents a 12-fold growth in just three years—from 12.47 billion yuan in 2023 to 150 billion yuan in 2026.

江苏省社科院经济研究所副所长吕永刚指出:"跨境电商是中国制造升级后海外贸易的新路径,让产品直接触达海外顾客,有利于形成品牌认知和提高利润空间。"
Lv Yonggang, Deputy Director of the Economic Research Institute at the Jiangsu Academy of Social Sciences, stated: "Cross-border e-commerce represents a new pathway for Chinese manufacturing upgrades in overseas trade. It allows products to reach international customers directly, facilitating brand recognition and profit margin improvement."

苏州已成立首个电商人才培训基地,计划年内再认定2-3家培训基地,重点培养小语种、运营、推广等专业人才。
Suzhou has established its first e-commerce talent training base and plans to certify 2-3 additional bases within the year, focusing on cultivating professionals in less commonly taught languages, operations, and promotion.
苏州市商务局电商处处长明瑶华透露:"我们将携手微软等企业,运用AI和大数据提升企业运营效率,构建高科技跨境电商新格局。"
Ming Yaohua, Director of the E-Commerce Department at Suzhou Commerce Bureau, revealed: "We will collaborate with companies like Microsoft to utilize AI and big data to enhance operational efficiency and build a new high-tech cross-border e-commerce landscape."
