Rename `CiCdSettingsUpdate` to `ProjectCiCdSettingsUpdate`

Deprecation Summary

With the introduction of the NamespaceCiCdSettingsUpdate mutation, the current naming of CiCdSettingsUpdate could be confusing.

Breaking Change

The CiCdSettingsUpdate mutation was renamed to ProjectCiCdSettingsUpdate in GitLab 15.0. The CiCdSettingsUpdate mutation will be removed in GitLab 16.0. Any user scripts that use the CiCdSettingsUpdate mutation must be updated to use ProjectCiCdSettingsUpdate.
