Boards: Display health status on issue cards

💡 Proposal

Users can now view the health status of issues within boards so that they can better action upon issues that need extra attention or support.

🎨 Design

• Add the Health status badge to the issue card when an issue has health applied. This badge should appear at the end of the row of metadata (I believe this should be right after due date) and before assignee(s).
• When the content of the card needs to wrap, the behavior is the same as it currently is. The identifier and assignee avatars wrap to the last row.

Style updates

• Identifier text should be 14px instead of 12px
• Revisit the line height and sizing of the icons with text (such as the weight icon and assigned weight) to make sure everything is aligned properly
• All metadata and icons (identifier, weight, due dates that are NOT overdue, these icons, etc) should be $gray-700. These are currently a bit inconsistent.
• Reduce avatar to small/16px. This may help with some of the line height/alignement issues in these cards.
