Update e2e test related dependency update configuration

• Adds CNG-mirror git ref updates so that ref for downstream pipeline is pinned rather than triggering latest ref of a branch which is brittle. Related to: Reduce E2E test pipeline runtime by Selectively... (gitlab-org/quality/analytics/team#12 - closed)
• Start removing term QA as it is ambiguous and doesn't clearly communicate what is being updated. Related to: Discussion: The future of Quality and QA terms (gitlab-org/quality/quality-engineering/team-tasks#3452)
• Fix updates for former cng orchestrator, now just orchestrator
• Remove group that matches CI component ref and manually defined git ref variable updates so it's not updated as part of the same mr like: gitlab-org/gitlab!177938 (closed)
