Remove cluster version extra tag

Remove MYSQL_CLUSTER_VERSION_EXTRA tag from VERSION file, no special suffix is needed for MySQL Cluster from now on. Note that MYSQL_CLUSTER_VERSION_MAJOR, MYSQL_CLUSTER_VERSION_MINOR, MYSQL_CLUSTER_VERSION_EXTRA etc. can still be used if really necessary.
