This now uses the combined endpoint, which creates the different objects itself within a transaction, ensuring that no orphans can be created.
Also, correctly parse all validation errors that might be returned by the server
We use the "manual" way as it was before, since there were some problems making this work and most of the errors were happening during the exercise creation itself.
