Shouldn't changes like "refactor(language-core): reduce codegen size of template returns" be marked as breaking change?

The commit #c4c0413 "refactor(language-core): reduce codegen size of template returns" changes the generated type name from __VLS_WithTemplateSlots to __VLS_WithSlots.
This breaks code completion in webstorm. Shouldn't the changelog mark this as a breaking change?

All variables prefixed with __VLS_ are internal variables. If an external library depends on these variables, it should assume that every patch version will have breaking changes.
