Insiders Program Updates

As some people know, I will focus more on improving Vue's DX in other IDEs and suspend adding new features to the VSCode extension, so some of the things that were in the Insiders subscription plan in the past no longer apply. The changes are as follows:

• Features specific to the insiders edition will not be updated to the free version
• Subscription price changed: $8 -> $3 (GitHub sponsors) / ￥50 -> ￥20 (愛發電)
• Subscribers still enjoy the issue fast track, but there is no promise that it will be resolved within 3 days.
• After the accumulated sponsorship amount reaches $200 (Includes one-time sponsorship), you can have permanent access to the insiders edition

The purpose of the funding has not changed and if more funding becomes available we will be looking for a part-time employee to provide additional manpower.
