✏ Fix typos in docs/databases.md and docs/tutorial/index.md

Trying not to step on any toes in terms of existing docs/typo fixes in other PRs, so I've done my best and gone through all the PRs related to the docs. 😅

Summary

• Adds to the fixes already made in ✏ Fix typos in docs/tutorial/index.md and docs/databases.md #5 and ✏ Fix multiple typos and some rewording #22 (I didn't duplicate those fixes in this PR)
• The comment about the "tieme" typo in ✏ Fix typos in docs/tutorial/index.md and docs/databases.md #5 didn't seem to be addressed in existing PRs, so that fix has also been made in tutorial/fastapi/simple-hero-api.md

Thanks for the interest! Some of the changes were mainly stylistic and depending on personal taste, so I reverted those, but kept and kept the two typo fixes. Thanks for the effort! 🍰
