final stuff during eng check for reds

Schematic cleanup. Corrected OR Gate in latest library to correct SOT353 (was from older library) Added PROD_ID to dual PNP (TRAN-14386) moved some vias around to avoid cutting into silk. re-routed some "natural bridges" on bottom parts.
