Wikilinks in callouts don't get resolved

...parse the callouts seperately for wikilinks (and possibly image-links) because the links in the form of [[name]] don t get parsed.

Sometimes, when it's opened for some time, some controls vanish from the right pulldown-menu

Site in the left menu was still visible. Answer/no answer was visible. Exam-Practice was not visible. Student/teacher switch vanished too.
