chore: align internal name usage of TotalTimeout (#2657)

This PR simply aligns the naming to match TotalTimeout. I used to think it was just for the request timeout, but actually, it controls the timeout for the entire request, including the response. Signed-off-by: Xuanwo <github@xuanwo.io>
