understanding rust types converts to pg types.

I have a basic struct

pub struct Data { pub start: NaiveDate, pub end: NaiveDate, pub state: String, pub offset: i64, }

which I have a schema:

CREATE TABLE IF NOT EXISTS data ( id varchar(36) NOT NULL, offset int4, state varchar(5), start_date date, end_date date ); 

When I try to insert into the table, I get:

I'm confused why I cannot insert this row. If I execute the same row in a pgadmin, or terminal, it seems fine.

Could someone please explain why I'm getting this issue?
