When generating glob patterns to include files in the bundle, we had missed the
dot: trueconfig which resulted in folders like.well-knownbeing excluded from the bundle. Here's an example repo that reproduces the issue: f-156138.zipThe
dot: trueconfig is now added which should allow including such folders, which has been tested by running builds locally.
