Rollup merge of #135354 - Walnut356:msvc_lldb, r=wesleywiser

[Debuginfo] Add MSVC Synthetic and Summary providers to LLDB Adds handling for `tuple$<>`, `ref$<slice$2<>`, `ref$<str$>` and `enum2$<>`.
